We use computer in our daily lives .It helps us to make things fast and easy .A computer is a electronic device used to progress data that is useful to men. We use computers in the field of:

Education- we use computers in libraries for searching purposes and organization

Of files. We also use computers to work on our project and assignment.

Government and business-We use computers in government to take track of our population .And in business to know the products being sold.

Medicine -Computers made a good contribution in the field of medicine and health. It helps doctors keep track of our sickness. And do operations that are painless.

And many more. Computers are the most reliable worker in a company. A computer. Progresses data fast and correct .Computers offers us Great service, entertainment communication etc ..How ever we still have to take care of our selves from computer related health risk. One of this is computer addiction. Children that has this risk They don’t have interest in their studies and thinks as if their life revolves on a battle field
And ignoring his or her social life. Some of this are carpal tunnel syndrome that affects the tendons, joints and muscles. Another is the Computer vision syndrome which affects our sight. This can be prevented by using glare filters.
