"Computers and teh Society"

A computer is a machine that manipulates data according to a set of instructions.Although mechanical examples of computers have existed through much of recorded human history, the first electronic computers were developed in the mid-20th century (1940–1945). These were the size of a large room, consuming as much power as several hundred modern personal computers.Computers help all of the people because we can communicate people all over the world.Computer is a good thing because we can ask questions to it that we dont know.It helps do our research, assignments and projects.It let play us games,watch videos and other entertaiment .A computer is like friend to us so we must take care properly of our computers.
Although a computer has some negative things that making us addict to computers that we not respond to our family anymore because it only think about computer games.We should not theach young kids to play computer games because thay will play games all the day because of us.Lets try to avoid things to computer like not taking a break and playing games all day long because it affects our body some injuries in our hand,eyes and headache.
We must take care of us and computer so that our society can use computer in our future.

Positive side:

Computer makes our works faster instead of handwriting,you can
also easily commmunicate by using e-mail instead of sending mails.
We can also research on the internet faster instead of books and
many more by using internet.

Computers are commonly used items in many areas.It is an important
things to people in the society who run organization,industry etc.
Almost anything you know is run or made by computers.Cars,jets
were designed on computers ,traffic signals are run by computers.
Most medical equipment use computers and space exploration was
started with computers.Most of the jobs today require the use of
computer.These mechanical brains' made a huge impact on our society.
It would be hard if we didn't have the computer around.


Negative side:

The teenagers of today's society haved changed dramatically due to
computer.Nowadays,the majority teenagers have pc and it has
played a role in their lives.A high percentageof people sit at
their computer far too long and some people loose reality
as far as social skills.Using computer for a long time gives
us backache and headache and many more.

There are so many ways that computer do. It can do things faster than we can. It can also do bad things that can harm our personality. These are the positive effects of computer on us. Technologies are improve every generation that comes. now computers are used for school, offices and even houses. Computer makes our work faster. Example, you'll type for your assignment in the keyboard, then you print it in your printer the next day you'll just pass it to your teacher, isn't it easy? Right, because if you use your hands for making your assignment you'll consume much time and you will not do other requirements that you need to do. Computer is not just for the assignments and paper works, it is also use for communicating like we send messages to our friend we will not write in an envelope and paper that is send like snail. but we use e-mails and blogs. these make our communication more faster we send messages fast in just a second the receiver receives your message. These are the negative effect of computers on us. Although communication has become incredibly easy with e-mails, chat rooms, and IMs, gone are the personal between people. Along with e-mails comes an uninvited guest: unsolicited, pornography. Chat rooms are an interesting place to meet people, but do you really know who you are meeting there. It is very dangerous for us if we do not know whom were meeting.

Without computers the society will be nothing and because without the computer there will be no
communication to country to country and no entertaiment and also television no everything.
So we must make use of our computers properly and also without it you cannot print or do your
research we must take care of it because its like its our friend and life.Computers make our lifes easier
and it has also some side effects to people like being addicted to computers or games
in the internet some games are too violent and not suited for young kids are following the game in actual
they might hurt other kids this games should be controlled by their parents or guardian available.Computer it is a box ting that can process so many things it can help us with our prject and everything if we do not make use of our computer right it might not be a good influence into our daily life it might affect our daily life and also can destroy our future
of having a good family.It can stop us from doing our works if we are addicted to it.
Some kids fight back their parents when they are disturb from playing.The computer needs the society because some works are being slowed baecause they have to read books but when computers are made these works more easier.

computers nowadays are very advanced it can also do a lot of things easier and better but beyond the great success of those things,it also have some bad effects.

Positive side:

Computers helps students to make their research faster in a click,it would display a lot of informations when you go online.Also you may contact your friends and families living afar easier.Another positive side of using comupter is that you will not work hard in writing LONG sentences/paragraph but instead,you may type it and then print it an you already have an output.Computers also provide a lot of entertainment to us.It may contain games and softwares taht will fulfill your hapiness meter.There are educational games that may be played by certainage of kids.They may gain and learnfrom it.Computers today do help a lot to us and maybe some animals,doctorswith the help of computers,may discover medicines/solutions to a certain type of flu.There are a lot of positive side of computers aside what i have mentioned above.





Negative side:
Computers may have a lot of good effects but as we didn't know,it also have some bad effects to us.It makes us humans to be lazy.Instead of going in a library,we would just open the internet browser and search and "copy and paste" attitude ahd become common to students.Thus,decreasing one's capacity&will to read cerefully what they have researched .Anotheris that lessens the body function,instead of playingoutdoor games people would prefer seating infront of the computer and let your hands do the rest.Body exercisewas lessen.Some games do contain/have a bad side that influences people especially the little ones war,tragedy,use of guns and knives,and other forms of killing may ba seen.It teaches/makes some people to copy it and do it to others


It is based/on the hands of the user wether he/she will be affected by the bad effectsof computer.We should not abuse the use of computer.We should learn how to limit ourselves with the use oh computer

Around the world are forced the "computer age" nowadays. Since the first computer was made in the late 1950s, which I heard that was come from the Chinese Abacus, the technology has developed extremely. Computers are everywhere and control a great deal of our living environment. More and more areas are being taken over by the computer. Not able to use a computer is a serious handicap with ramifications in all areas of life. Therefore, if people do not know computers or do not know how to use them it means that they are not prepared for the future. They will fall behind our advancing society. Computers have been applied to industry, agriculture, political affairs, economy,military, science and many other fields; it is becoming more and more important.

There are Advantages and also Disadvantages effects by Computer and Technologies on Our Society.

ADVANTAGES:

Modern technology has solved many problems that people face and play an important role in the development of many countries. Modern technologies create many kinds of products - computers, cloning technology, and video games etc...

Technology today has made life better and quicker in our modern society,people can't see themselves without computers, cell phones, voice mail...etc...As we look at technologies, questions are raised. The Technological progress makes our society more convenient and safe. Making impossible things possible are similar features of the change which previous people have experienced by social change, like shifting from a hunting society to an agricultural society and establishing commercial society due to the invention of new tools. To consider these advantages and change of society, modern technology, which we use today, might be not only a new tool but also the tool, which makes dramatic change in history. However, the contribution of modern technology to society should not be eliminated and should be distributed evenly.

DISADVANTAGES:

There' re many people that can't see themselves without the new tools of the 21st C. That's because the technology recreates the essence of humanity and it encourages us to think of all things in the world as standing by, ready for our consumption. So this definitely affects our perception of the natural world. Nowadays we create technology, but technology also creates us.

"Computer and Society"

Computers are needed by our society in order to communicate with others.They help us communicate with our loved ones in far places. Imagine if no one invented computers,

telephones and cellphones,our life will be hard. That's why people made it easier to communicate with others. There are so many people who tried and tried to improve the

computer and we should be thankful to them. These computers are very useful mostly to

students. They helps us students to search our assignments and projects.

The computer is really an amazing machine.It is a part of our modern life and it helps us make our work easier.It helps us communicate with others.They help students to search their assignments and projects.Computers also help us to make our own business in the Internet.There are many things that computer can give to us.

They also have negative sides.Using computer for a long time gives us headache,backache and makes our eyes blurr and many more.Using computer for a long time makes children dont want to study anymore.All they can think about is playing computer.Its like there world revolves around the computer and they dont want to stop playing it.

Computers give us good things and bad things.

Computer is now an important thing for us people. It is now a part of our daily life. Not just because it is easy to use, It also makes our works easier and faster. Almost everything in our surrounding is controlled by computer. The traffic lights, fast food chains, the LRT and MRT and many more. This just show how strong is the computer related to the society. Many of us treat their computer as their best friend like in the picture shown above. Some, they treat it as one of their pleasures and some treat it like toy. Even though computers cannot talk, cannot walk, cannot eat like us, humans it also needs love and care. We must not abuse its capabilities. Even though it's a machine, it still needs rest. We, the society are the ones who uses the computer. We cannot deny that we can get a huge benefit from our computers. Not just that they can control almost everything in our surrounding but also help us make our assignments, some paperwork, our projects and other things. As we use our computers, we must also be conscious to our health, too much use of computer can harm our health. To avoid this we must do some of these things:

• Position your terminal at right angles to the window if possible; avoid facing directly into bright light (coming at you from behind your computer screen).
• Install an anti-glare screen.
• Adjust the brightness controls on the screen until they are comfortable to your eyes.
• Adjust your chair or table height to have your elbow angle at 90-100 degrees.
• Position your keyboard so that you don't have to bend your hands uncomfortably upward to reach the keys; place a raised wrist rest on the table in front of the keyboard if necessary.
• Clinch your fists, hold for one second, then stretch your fingers out wide and hold for 5 seconds.
• Organize your workday, if possible, to intersperse other tasks with your computer work so that you're not sitting at the computer for several hours without a break. Variety is key
• Check your posture - sit up straight.
  
• The monitor screen surface should be approximately 18-24 inches away from your torso.
• Preferably chairs should be on wheels, have backrest tilt adjustment, and have arms.
• Be sure you have enough desktop space for work papers and other equipment.
• Look away from the screen periodically.

Now that you know these thing already, don't forget to apply this when using the computer. The society and the computers can do so many things orderly and presentable.
